How does pricing work?
Every event is a little different, so your quote depends on the booth you choose, rental time, location, and any optional add-ons. If something like extra hours, idle time, or travel affects your quote, we’ll go over it with you before you book so you’ll always know what’s included.
What are the space requirements?
Most booth setups need about 10×10 ft of space, while the 360 Video Booth needs about 12×12 ft. We’ll also need access to a nearby power source. Wi-Fi is helpful, but not required.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes. We take care of setup, teardown, and making sure the booth is ready to go before your event starts.
Do guests get digital copies?
Guests can access digital copies depending on the booth and package. We’ll also send an online gallery within 24-48 hours of your event, which you can share with your guests.
Can we customize the photo design?
Yes. We can customize templates, overlays, and visual details so the booth feels like it belongs with your event, brand, or theme.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Every package includes an on-site booth attendant to keep things running smoothly.
Do you travel outside Vancouver?
Yup – we regularly travel throughout the Lower Mainland and beyond. Travel outside our local service area may have an additional fee, which we’ll include in your quote before you book.
