Frequently Asked Questions

How much space do you need?

10×10 ft minimum or 12×12 ft for the 360 Video Booth.

Hell yeah we do. We take care of setup, teardown, and making sure the booth is ready to go.

Guests can access digital copies depending on the booth and package. We will also send an online gallery of your photos within 24-48 hours of your event which you can share to your guests.

O hell yah. We can customize templates, overlays, and visual details to fit your event, brand, or theme.

yeee BOIIII. Print options are available depending on the booth and package. We can walk you through what makes the most sense.

Yeeeeeeer. We serve Vancouver and surrounding areas including [LIST]. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

yeee yeeee. Every package includes an on-site booth attendant.

As soon as you have your date, it’s worth reaching out. Popular dates, especially weekends and holiday season events, can book up quickly. 

Please note: We’re unable to hold dates. Your event date is not guaranteed until the rental agreement is signed and we’ve received your booking deposit. 

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Please let us know of any changes in writing as soon as possible.

30+ days before event → full deposit refunded

15–29 days before event → 50% of deposit retained

Within 14 days of event → full deposit retained

If you have paid more than the deposit (e.g. prepaid in full), any additional amount will be refunded based on the terms above

We understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Please let us know of any changes in writing as soon as possible.

Rescheduling

14+ days before event → no fee (subject to availability)

Within 14 days of event → may be subject to fee: $[RESCHEDULING FEE] 

If your new date is not available, the cancellation policy above will apply.
